What this website does
Lisbon Boat Club helps you find and request private boat charters in Lisbon. Sending a request through the website or WhatsApp does not create a booking and has no cost.
Quotes and bookings
After your request we send you a written quote with the boat, date, duration, what is included, the price and the payment and cancellation conditions. A booking is only confirmed when you accept the quote and the payment set out in it has been made.
Who operates the trips
Trips take place on boats run by licensed maritime-tourism operators, contracted by Miguel Sapina Unipessoal, Lda. Each operator is responsible for the safe operation of its boat, and the skipper has the final say on safety, routes and weather.
Weather and safety
If the skipper decides that it is not safe to sail, the trip can be moved to a new date or refunded, as set out in your quote.
Information on the website
We keep boat information and photos as accurate as possible. Specifications and availability are confirmed in your quote. Prices are not shown on the website and are always quoted individually.
Complaints and law
For any complaint, write to info@lisboncharters.com. These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
